Activism Resources

In order to effectively lobby our legislators, we need to be informed citizen advocates.

We need to know what bills are pending in the house and senate; who is responsible for the legislation; and the facts that can inform our decisions on whether to support pending legislation.  Click on the red links to visit the sites below if you want even more information than what is found on our CTA page.

MESSAGING

One of the most important skill for activists is being able to connect with voters. Using a relatively new messaging framework, the race-class narrative (RCN), developed to cut through decades of all too effective dog-whistle politics, makes it far more likely to be able to do so.

Race Class Academy has a series of short videos with background on RCN

Words to Win By has podcasts about places and times where the RCN framework has been employed

We Make the Future provides a host of RCN resources for you to use
